We hope to find quality renters that will treat your home as their own. We also will aim to take care of your home for the duration of the rental and leave it in the best shape possible when your renters leave.
Jenny Goffrier is a licensed property manager and has a dual bachelors degree from Stanford University and a marketing degree from the University of Oregon. She lettered in golf at Stanford for 3 years, and upon graduating worked in investment banking in San Francisco and then in marketing finance for TaylorMade - adidas Golf. She has worked in real estate in many capacities for the last 14 years. She enjoys skiing, running, hiking, and golfing. She is married with three children.
Chris Goffrier is a licensed real estate broker with Cascade Sotheby's International Realty and can help you find your ideal investment property in Central Oregon. Chris has been living and working as a broker in Bend since moving back to Oregon in early 2007. He started out working in destination resorts, specifically Remington Ranch, where he worked with high net worth investors and buyers. As the market changed and resort developments slowed he has shifted the focus of his business to general real estate. After Graduating from Oregon State he received a commission in the United States Navy and was a Surface Warfare Officer onboard the USS Peleliu and USS Bonhomme Richard. The Navy is still an important part of his life as he continues to serve in the Naval Reserve. Chris recently returned from serving a 270 day tour in Djibouti, Africa.
